Itinerary :

Day 1 : Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai

Meals : Lunch

07:00 AM. Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai city or meeting point and transfer to Chiang Rai.

09:00 AM. Travel to Mae Kajan Hot Springs. Enjoy a bubbling hot spring where you can soak your feet and relax before the day of sightseeing ahead.

10:45 AM. Travel to White Temple or Wat Rong Khun. It’s one of the most famous structures in Thailand and is recognized for its all-white buildings decorated with small sparkling mirrors. The manicured grounds are home to an all-white koi fish pond, unusual art, and stunning sculptures.

11:30 AM. Enjoy lunch with set menu.

12:45 PM. Travel to Black Temple or Baan Dam. The buildings are decorated in a ‘dark art’ style complete with heavy wood and metal accents. Inside you will find displays of skeletons and animal skins as well as a dungeon with torture-like devices. There are also remnants of animals such as crocodiles, bears, and elephants throughout the property. Some people may find it upsetting but many find the Black House fascinating.

01:45 PM. Travel to Long Neck Village visit the long-necked people.

03:00 PM. Travel to Golden Triangle. Chiang Rai Golden Triangle, or Sam Liam Thong Kam, is in fact a land that connects the three countries together: Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar. The area appears as a triangle shape, with Mekong River dividing the borders of Thailand and Laos. 

04:00 PM. We will return to Chiang Mai city (Hotel / Meeting point). (Approximately 3:30 hrs.)

06:00 PM. Dinner by your own expense : Guide will suggest on spot.

Day 2 : Chiang Mai - City Tour

Meals : No meals (On your own arrangement)

08:00 AM. Pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai city or meeting point and transfer to Wat Phra Singh.

08:30 AM. Travel to Wat Phra Singh. The temple which is also known as “The Monastery of the Lion Buddha” or “The temple of the Lion Buddha” is an active temple, with hundreds of monks and novices living there. The Wat Phra Singh houses a number of highly revered and very old Buddha images.

09:00 AM. Travel to Tha Phae Gate is one of the most famous landmarks in Chiang Mai and is part of the crumbling city wall which once acted as a fortress for the ‘Old City’.

09:30 AM. Travel to Wat Chiang Man. The temple was the first temple to be built in Chiang Mai. It was constructed during the reign of King Mengrai, who lived in the temple while overseeing the construction of Chiang Mai, the capital of the Lanna kingdom.

10:50 AM. Travel to Chedi Luang Temple. We also known as the Jedi Luang and “The temple of the Great Stupa” initially consisted of two more temples named Wat Ho Tham and Wat Sukmin, that were all merged into one.

11:30 AM. Lunch by your own expense : Guide will suggest on spot.

12:30 PM. We will return to Chiang Mai city (Hotel / Meeting point).
